Uh, sure.

PS_Start, TT_FONT="Computer Modern Roman", FONT=1
cgPlot, cgDemodata(1), XTitle='Time', YTitle='Signal'
PS_End

The only requirement is that the font be a true-type
(or OpenType) font and be installed on your machine.
