I am trying to create a map from 20S to 55N and from 100E to 100W (across the date
line). After playing around with the limit for Map_Set, I came up with the
following call:
map_set,0,180,limit=[-20,-280,55,-100],/cont
Well, it kind of works, except the outline for Indonesia and Australia are
missing. I do get outlines for some small islands in the South Pacific, but
nothing south of the equator along the left (western) boundary.
I have to admit that I find the calling arguments to map_set highly confusing and
even after reading the documentation various times, I fail to see what the heck I
am doing wrong.
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated!

(BTW, this is IDL 4.0.1 on an IBM RS6000, AIX, if that matters to anybody)
