Before I reinvent the wheel, does anyone have a routine (routines) to
do spectra using PV~Wave (or comparable). I am not talking about just
the FFT of a vector, but the spectra and perhaps the capability to
include confidence limits, uses different windowing schemes, maybe even
does cospectra etc.

BTW, does anyone have an anonymous FTP site for PV~Wave routines that
might be useful ?? Seems like a natural thing to expect (?)
