Hi all,

I am trying to put an upper limit to a diffuse signal during which I am fitting a gaussian and checking its chi-square goodness of fit value (using "Chisq" in Gaussfit.pro). As I keep on increasing the value of the gaussian height, the chi-square GOF value kept on increasing nearing to 1. But for that I have to increase the gaussian height to 100 times of its initial value. (from 7e+6 to 1.25e+8). Is something wrong anywhere ?

Vicky.
