Hi, here is the problem.

I have two 3D polygons. One is an isosurface of 45dbz reflectivity of a weather radar. The other is the fire region conical surfaces of artificial hail suppression cannons. I want to get the intersection polygon of the two polygons with IDL, but it really is difficulty for me.

I googled and found some 2D idl pros and some non-idl way in ARCGIS http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#//0 0q90000007m000000 .

At last I didn’t find a way to solve it. So, please help.
