I have been trying to overplot the raw time series of two different datasets to no avail. I have customized both the left and right y axis accordingly (using "axis"), but cannot seem to get both datasets to overplot and show up next to each other as the one with higher data values plots outside the x-window. Any suggestions as to how to do this??

Set the SAVE keyword on the AXIS command. You can see an example in the
fourth plot down on this page:
