Some may have noticed that the IDL Astronomy Library ( http://idlastro.gsfc.nasa.gov/ ) has been unavailable since October 1. It will remain unavailable until the a US budget is passed. (Don't get me started on this topic !&*^%$)

If anyone needs the latest version of the tar file it is available on a drop box at

Do you happen to know if other NASA resources are similarly made available in backup locations? In particular, I'd be interested in Espenak's page about the upcoming solar eclipse of 3 November.
