Updated Coyote Mapping Routines [message #86730]

Folks,

Doing some map projection work in the past couple of days revealed some
bugs and some needed enhancements. I've updated 4-5 different mapping
routines in the Coyote Library. This might be a good time to update your
Coyote Library.
