Hi there,
I am writing an image processing tool in IDL at the moment. Works really
nice and had no problems yet :-) However, getting access from within the
IDL programme to e.g. an image located in the memory has been quite a
problem so far. In fact I found that due to the drivers from the camera
I am using currently it will not be possible at all.
So now I am looking for a new CCD-camera. The ones currently on the
market will probably suite our needs in resolution and speed. Are there
people that have experience with controlling CCD-cameras from within
IDL? Any suggestions for brands and types I should take a look at?
I am currently working with IDL 4.01 for Windows under Win95.
Regards
