i have only recently been introduced to the IDL language and i am
writing
code to send output directly to the printer instead of to a window - i
am using Windows 3.11.
is there a way to plot multi-plots and images on a window and send the
window to the printer or just send the plots or images to the printer
directly using IDL code? i know about set_lot and setting the filename
to
something other 'win', for example 'ps' or 'hp' but these don't seem to
work.
