hi everyone

i am working on envi+idl

i have splitted a large file using envi_get_data
and envi_enter_data.
now i want to get the statistics of each splitted file .
kindly suggest

Hi,

You can use routine ENVI_STATS_DOIT. You should call it by

ENVI_DOIT,'ENVI_STATS_DOIT'

Look the ENVI help to setup the necessary paremeters for your case.

If you will be use classification algorythms, then use routine CLASS_STATS_DOIT
