Is there a way to specify an IDL license file at start-up? My personal one doesn't allow remote desktop access, and people start to grumble if I use a floating one all the time. It's a bit of a pain to keep moving in different versions of license.dat -- especially because it needs authentication each time. Would be nice to have two different start-up buttons using the different licenses.

I'm not sure, but you should try to check lmutil.exe utility. As I remember, it have some properties about users.
