I have been looking for a program to calculate the Grey-Level-Co-occurance-Matrix matrix and Haralick indices using GPU acceleration, but there doesn't seem to be a good solution out there. There are academic papers describing solutions but no actual software implementations suitable for application.

Does anyone know of a GPU implementation of this algorithm? Are there individuals out there who could handle this programming? Tech-X (makers of GPU-Lib) offer programming services- does anyone have experience with this and if so, would you be willing to comment on what that costs? (You might be best off emailing me with that information).

Thanks

M

Tech-X definitely does offer these services and I will email you to
discuss in more detail.
