Did you know sourceforge.net or freshmeat.net.
It would be nice to have a search engine integrated and a bit statistics.
Is it possible to set URLs instead of files into the list?

Well, you just clicked on a link from 2002. In the meanwhile IDL is not rsi, but www.exelisvis.com
But whatever... you can find here some libraries:
http://www.exelisvis.de/docs/routines-5.html
There are lots of them to look for stuff. Great community. My personal favorites: Coyote, Markwardt, Galloy, AstroLib. But depends on what you do...
Enjoy.
