While it appears there is no event from a scroll event, is anyone aware of a way to see the position change or offset from the scroll operation?

For example, widget_info(wID, /geometry) returns sizes and offsets of a widget, but nothing seems to change in the offsets before or after a scroll action. Is there anyway, from within the program to detect a change from a scroll event?
