Hi all,

I need some more information on 'dim' parameter of vol_trans function in
pv-wave than what's available in the manual. And how can one make original
volume 'fit' inside the tranformed volume and vice versa?

I could specify a 3D volume of data (128x128x128), and 4x4 transformation
matrix using t3d function. I used the maximum of the three dimensions of the
original volume, but when I pick a slice from the transformed volume and
display it with tvscl, I see only a part of the image. Nothing could be
seen with vol_rend function.

I tried using vol_pad function with a padding of 5, but it made no
difference. It raises one more question as to what is the right amount of
padding for a given cube of data?

thanks in advance,
Nagesh
