an urgent help of file conversio [message #91644]

I have by mistake while saving window graphics to jpeg, selected my .pro file in which i had written my codes about the program. so the .pro file got converted to image file.
can anyone tell me how to retrieve my .pro file back.

Please its urgent.

If you were using the IDL Workbench, take a look at this article:
