I have run IDL V4.0.1 and V5.0 on OpenVMS/Alpha V7.1 without a problem.
Well, one of the demos hangs when trying to exit. But other than that
and the usual V5 anomalies that everybody is seeing, it runs fine.

Hi Mark,
we are using IDL 4.0.1 on a VMS-VAX cluster V7.0. Till now, everything
works correctly. (Our Alpha's will be upgraded the next time...)
