I need to write a simple code for Contouring the following irregularly sampled Data
Lat Lon Rain_value
30.34 20.10 30.2
32.05 10.16 33.4
32.47 22.35 28.2
24.13 23.18 34.3
29.45 24.32 25.3
29.02 21.34 27.1
32.06 23.55 35.2
32.49 21.51 33.9
25.48 21.08 38.1
