Hi everybody,

I am new to IDL and want to draw a normalized histogram using cghistoplot.pro, etc.
Further, I need to get the output from the cghistoplot. I mean the xhist and yhist that we had in plothist.pro.
Can anyone please help me.

This page below should help you. About halfway down there are a few nice examples of using cghistoplot. Also, look for the cghistogram function in the coyote library.
