Hi:
I'm new to this group and would like a copy of the most recent FAQ. I am
attempting to formulate a question (for a friend) and I'd like to read
the FAQ before I ask a dumb :-) question.
Please, e-mail the FAQ to the address below. Thanks.

A friend of my is trying to pass data from a C program to PV-Wave. We have
looked at the example program (wave_from_c I believe it's called) but were
wondering if there is a better way to implement this. For example, and please
keep in mind I'm not a PV-Wave expert and it is a friend of mine that is
doing this, the example program calls cwavec twice, then it calls wavevars
(to access PV-WAVE CL data space), then it generate some 'random' numbers, calls
cwavec again (to change graphic), and finally cwavec again to terminate.
We are looking for a better way to get the same results. We would like to
get our data (probably from a DB) put it into some type of a structure and
then call WAVE to generate the graphic. Does anyone have a better example
than the one given with wave? Any help is appreciated.
