I'm running IDL 5.0 on a DEC alpha running OSF 4.0B

I'm getting a new error on IDL code that has been
working for the last year. The error started after
the OSF and IDL upgrade, so I don't know which is
the culprit.

The error is:

% Unable to free memory: from array descriptor.
No such device or address

The error has happened running 2 different IDL programs.

Has anyone seen this error? I've been using IDL for
about 10 years and have never encountered this.
