You can download the files POS_WIDGET.PRO and POS_WIDGET.DOC from
my anonymous ftp site:
bial8.ucsd.edu pub/software/idl/share
This routine makes it very easy to position widgets based on their
group leader, and offers a variety of options. Even if you don't
want to use it, it is a good example of how to position widgets.
Hope this helps, and I hope you've learned something about 'netiquette'
in the process.
