Hi, I am using idl quite a while but do not understand its behaviour
under Win NT:
1. If I have a window created, e.g. implicitly by TVSCL I cannot change
the LUT neither by LOADCT nor TVLCT ? I have a truecolor video card FIRE
anything set to 256 colors.
2. To break a long running program I am used to use GET_KBRD(1) and
looking for 'q' or something. Under NT the program responds (breaks)
quite arbitrarily. May be this is dependent on input focus which is also
during a running program very difficult to switch ?
Is there anybody with some recommendations or similar experiences ?
With thanks in advance
