I got a note from Mathew Craig that their server was down for a couple of
weeks, but is back up today. (Applying the patch for code red worm did the
trick.)

An alternative site for the TeXtoIDL package is at
http://astro.uni-tuebingen.de/software/idl/textoidl/index.ht ml though this
site doesn't have the strtok patch for V5.3 and later.
