This does happen on occassion, but is usually cleared up within a few
hours (I think it's a name server problem). I assure you the site is
still there, and might even sometime soon have a partial workaround for
the lack of true v5.5 manuals within IDLWAVE context help, routine info,
and keyword/routine completion. I see the gap widening.

Try again, and if you still have no luck, try:

P.S. GNU Emacs 21 was officially released today, and will offer a
bundled IDLWAVE. While I haven't used it yet, I know there are some
features (like glyph marking of break-point lines), which will work in
IDLWAVE for the first time (at least on GNU Emacs). As always, see
Carsten's site for the latest and greatest.
