We in the land of Oz will take this in the spirit in which it is written.
(and answered - Gday to DWF too!).

But for the pedantic, the salary referred to 'superannuation' not
'superannuated'; two quite different terms. In Oz Speak,
'superannuation' equates to something like "Employer contributions to
compulsory Pension Plan" which is an extra 9% minimum.

Now it's my turn to retire (for the day).
