Unfortunately, I don't have one to offer. ;-)

Luckily, it wasn't necessary; they've promised to switch it to 24-bit
mode sometime this week. However, I've also asked for the ability to
switch configurations myself, without their intervention - they didn't
respond to that part of the request.
