My my. I think folks using computers with that sort of attitude get *special* attention from
sysadmins ;o\ My approach has been to learn something about the system(s) I'm using so that
when I do ask sysadmins a question, it's an intelligent one. And I'm not being flippant with
the "intelligent" remark - a lot of times it's hard to pose the question so that it targets the
problem rather than it's symptoms.

If your above post is indicative of the relationship/opinions you have of your local sysadmin,
I think you should supply them with tasty pastries every Friday morning for a month in apology.
