You need to provide more info.
The idl_lmgrd in your /usr/local/rsi/idl_5.4/bin/ is a script that runs the actual binary
idl_lmgrd in /usr/local/rsi/idl_5.4/bin/bin.linux.x86. Is the latter one there? Are the
permissions set appropriately?
