Hi

I am new on the IDL and have just install the trial yesterday.
Just wondering could anyone provide me some sample for the following
task:

Open and read in a BMP file (or TIF, JPG) from disk
Carry out a 2D-FFT
Have the result save to a BMP file, but in a form shifted so that DC
component is at the middle.

Can it be done easily within the IDL environment?
