Set up a character string as follows:

Label = '!4D'

where "!4" refers to the font 4, Simplex Greek character set, and "D"
is equated to a capital delta. You can then use the Label variable in
calls to XYOUTS, AXIS, etc.

For other greek characters, see the Command Language Reference (Version
4.2), Vol 2, page 564.
