The Emacs reference card is done in TeX - the source is available
from the same website as the pdf and ps versions of the refcard.

The easiest way to create a nice-looking refcard for IDLWAVE (great
idea!) will be to modify this TeX file. It also allows for easy
creation of 1,2, and 3 column versions of the reference card.
