I voice my opinion on this with RSI every chance I get. I feel that instead
of trying to start a new forum on their site they should actively encourage
participation in this newsgroup. Foster and build the community, don't
fracture it. I can't even find a reference to comp.lang.idl-pvwave on their
site (although one probably exists somewhere). I would think that a vibrant
user group would move product.

And those poor souls who post. They must think the IDL community stinks.
Post after post has 0 replies.

Maybe this is done to boost support and consultation revenue? Nah!
