You can try installing Acrobat Reader v5.0. I don't know about Redhat
Enterprise Linux, but I'm using this version of Acrobat on my Fedora
laptop and I can navigate the IDL documents.

Personally, I'd prefer HTML documentation, but I'll take whatever I can get.
