I'm not sure if this is what you want, but I have written an IDL program
which drives the JPL Planetary Ephemeris, (which you must download from
navigator.Jpl.Nasa.Gov) Basically it gives the position and velocity
of any planet w/ respect to any other planet, including the Solar System
Barycenter, Earth-Moon barycenter & Moon.

Presently, its setup in a somewhat machine specfic way, but I intend
to make it portable in the near future. Let me know if this is what
you want.
