Yes: I've downloaded from ftp://ftp.artov.rm.cnr.it/incoming/IFSI/ and then
IDL> restore, 'test.idl'

IDL> plot, x, x

% Program caused arithmetic error: Floating underflow

There are non NaNs or Infs, it seems...

I'm working on a P4 (XP)
