Well, I just found out by experimenting that the INFO data are volatile.
If I use ENVI_FILE_QUERY with the H_INFO keyword during the same IDL
session, I can access them. Otherwise uh-uh. Evidently RSI has a
proprietary interpretation of the phrase "setup head" :-(
