IDLWAVE xemacs Initialization problem [message #43309]

Hi,
I have a repeated problem with a newly installed xemacs with IDLWAVE.
After doing imho the appropriate things, during opening an IDL file I
get the message:
File mode specification error: (file-error "Cannot open load file"
"browse-url")

I have an XEmacs 21.4.15 on Mac OS X 10.3.8, but the same error
appeared on different systems too.

Any help is appreciated
