Humm, I think you are right. It appears on UNIX that
managing a window prevents DEVICE COPYs to that window
from a pixmap. That's nasty. :-(

Think that is a bug? RSI?

P.S. To RSI's credit, they do mention that user applications should
not use the MANAGED keyword directly. This is probably why.
