Why don't you use the IMAGE keyword to MPEG_PUT instead
of the WINDOW keyword. The former loads the frame directly
with an image, whereas the latter takes a copy of of the
current graphics window as the image it loads. Be sure
you BYTSCL your image as you put it into the MPEG object.
That way you have no need of a window or a TV substitute
command (TVIMAGE, IMGDISP, PLOTIMAGE, etc.)
