IDL procedure to check time and sleep job. [message #470]

I am looking for an IDL procedure that a user can put in their
procedures that will check if the current time is between 0700 and
1600 and if so sleep the users IDL batch job until 1600.

This will allow IDL batch jobs to sleep while interactive job
are running on a host.
