I know you can obtain Terra MODIS imagery from
<http://modis.gsfc.nasa.gov/gallery/>. However, that's just a small
sample of the most publically interesting images. I would guess that
you're interested in ordering images covering a specific area at a
specific time. I don't know where you can order imagery. I do know that
you can order the data files in HDF format, that might actually be more
useful to you, depending upon your purposes:

When you get to the EDG Data Gateway, enter MOD09G into the text search
box. That will give you a list of products whose short names start with
"MOD09G", which are the ones containing surface reflectance data
rebinned on a daily basis to a sinusoidal grid. That's the closest
thing I could find to orthorectification of the image data.
Alternatively, you could order the MOD02 and MOD03 files, and rebin the
MOD02 data yourself to whichever map projection grid you'd like, using
the Geolocation information stored in the MOD03 files.
Do you have a preference for Terra data? The Aqua MODIS instrument is
essentially the same, though Aqua is flying in a different orbit, so
you can double your coverage for any time period after Aqua launch by
including Aqua data as well. The relevant file short names start with
"MYD" rather than "MOD", but are otherwise essentially identical.
