hi Matt,

check the POS keyword again, and the example at the end of the help
describing mosaic_doit.

POS must have dimensions [#bands,#files]
for example to mosaic 3 bands of file #1 with the first band from file
#2 you should specify: POS = [[0,1,2],[0,-1,-1]]

This, as far as i understand, defines the order of files in your
mosaic.
