I guess what I meant was, what do those things in the spec mean!?
For example:

ProjectedCSTypeGeoKey: 32767, $ ; (user-defined)

What the heck is Projected CS Type and why is it user-defined
in this case? God knows I'd *try* to define it if I knew what
the hell it was! :-)
