Not really. Ken Bowman ran a few simple tests recently and compiled
the results (including TIME_TEST3), but the page is no longer
available. In the long distant days of yore I had IDLSPEC, which used
TIME_TEST. For fun I dug up the old page and put it back online:

You'll note I lamented the lack of a modern test suite which pushes
around enough data around to overcome various OS/hardware caching
issues, and which adequately probe 3D performance. I'd guess
attention in this area would be very well received.
