I've had requests like this too, and I just don't understand. DPI
without a size is meaningless. They should say it must be 4 inches
wide and 500 dpi or some such. I know this doesn't help you, but it
helped me get it off my chest 8^)
I've always just imported it into photoshop and fixed it up there.
