Isn't a function of the current working directory? You can set
"change directory on open" so that it should browse from the source
directory of the last opened source.

BTW - I'm home with my daughter because she was infested with lice
last week and I've been "nit picking" ever since, so no more "nit"
references if you please! 8^{
