I've set up a 'workspace' folder on the network drive and switched
workspaces. I then proceeded to open a new project (on a network and
local drive) and got the same error. For curiosity I tried selecting
the 'create a new project in the workspace' radio button and I got the
same error. I also tried setting up a workspace folder on the local
drive and the same thing.

What exactly is the 'Workspace' and why should it be a separate
folder?
