thats somehow strange. I have had a differnt problem that's the console
window works for output but scrolling doesn't and mouse selecting
doesn't too. I killed it and have had to reconfigure it to solve this issue.

I am quite familiar with eclipse 3.2.x but not with 3.3 so i can't
destinguish if it's a eclipse bug or implementation problem. 3.2.1 does
not have such problems.
